We coordinate all our services from our Health and Wellbeing Centre where one of our Administrators will provide you with a fully managed booking service available to support you in core business hours irrespective of how many referrals you make and how frequently we hold referral clinics on-site for you. This ensures you have access to information on the cases referred, we can provide updates or respond to updates from you, we can track specialist reports that have been commissioned for you or monitor the progress of staff on rehabilitation programmes or who are accessing our treatment services.  Our dedicated Administrators are trained to evaluate referrals advising and guiding your management teams into a quality consultation with one of our nurses or doctors.

We also provide a Nurse Advice Line, where one of our Senior Occupational Health Advisors can provide you with advice and guidance on making a referral, discuss a complex case, or conduct a case conference.  For further information on this service, please contact us on or telephone on 01748 824942.

You will be able to contact the Health and Wellbeing Centre from 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday but we also provide a 24/7 telephone service so that staff can contact us out of hours to cancel appointments or leave messages for the Administration Team when the office reopens in core business time.
