Management Referral and Report
We can provide a comprehensive referral service with management coaching & support. We have aligned our referral process to the new GMC guidelines and we ensure our Occupational Health nurses follow ethical principles regarding the consultations and report writing. Our Occupational Health nurses are regularly audited on the quality of their reports using a binary model of evaluation. This assures you that best practice appears in the opinions and recommendations they make to management. We currently exceed expectations in this area and our Occupational Health nurses who are independently audited reach targets of above 85% in clinical assessment and 90% in the opinions they provide. We also provide regular reports to senior management on our performance in this area the reports are provided by our independent auditor to ensure objectivity.

We realise that unfortunately, providing excellent, independent and evidence-based occupational health is hard to do and particularly so in what can be a difficult and contentious field of medicine. Sometimes the best advice is the least welcome, and pressures can be applied to the quality of professional practice and best practice approaches that may attract conflict and complaint. We are very confident in the quality and resilience of our Occupational Health nurses but from time to time they may need higher levels of clinical supervision and they may need to escalate complex cases or you may prefer to use an Occupational Health doctor rather than a nurse. We will provide accredited Occupational Health physicians for complex cases on an as needs basis or for regular work in which a Occupational Health doctor opinion is required such as early ill-heath retirements or disability or litigation. "Our business required some ad hoc occupational health advice and we came across Marie Church CBT following a strong recommendation from another company. Marie and her team guided us through the referral process and our query was dealt with in a prompt, confidential and professional manner. The advice given was very clear and relevant to our manual work environment. I would definitely recommend Marie Church CBT to any business who is looking for occupational health support whether it be on an adhoc or contractual basis. - Armstrong & Son Ltd ."
